Simon and Stuart evaluated DFID’s SAWGP programme as part of IOD PARC’s M&E work on the major governance support project.
The work was built around the OLCA approach with many other innovative evaluation work built around the core work including assessment of policy dialogue, public discourse and research reach and impact. The project also took the OLCA outcome likelihoods, complementing a wide performance and financial assessment, to build a VfM view of the SAWG programme.
